This role would suit an experienced Assistant Accountant.

Dynamics AX experience would be advantageous, although not essential.

Your role will entail the following:

• Assisting with the monthly closing for group reporting by providing analysis and supporting schedules.
• Maintaining inventory adjustments and supporting with quarterly stock and mobile fixed assets counts.
• Maintaining the fixed asset registers.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting the preparation of UK and overseas VAT returns for all entities.
• 3-way matching of purchase invoices, including following up of discrepancies. Supplier payment related queries.
• Maintaining posting of bank transactions on a daily basis.
• Supporting with audit requests for internal and external audits.
