Job description
The Pursuit Group are a specialist logistics and supply chain recruitment agency, based in Kent, helping our clients throughout the UK.
We are currently working for a well known supply chain partner who work for multiple UK businesses, helping provide supply chain solutions for each and every client.
They are looking for an Assistant Accountant.
This position will be once a month in either office :)
Locations: Milton Keynes & Castle Donnington!
Key Criteria
- Support for Finance Managers (budgets/forecasts)
- Accruals/prepayments/Month end
- Financial reporting of operations on a regular basis
- Weekly customer reports
- Number two to Finance Manager supporting with internal/external requests
- Develop strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Monthly invoicing and payroll...
- Strong Excel required, and studying towards a qualification would be great (not essential).
- AAT as a minimum and studying or looking to study ACCA or CIMA in the future

A transport/logistics background is great, but also not essential.
