Job Description

Setup sales orders and subscriptions.
Assist with tracking and reviewing compliance certifications.
Assist with collections and prepare AR reports.
Bank reconciliations
Assist the finance team with ad-hoc projects and requests.
Process accounts payable invoices in an efficient and timely manner
Process expense reports and credit card invoices.
Process customer invoices.
Post and process journal entries.
Assist with the preparation of ad hoc reports.

Requirements

University or College Degree in accounting, finance, or business studies
Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP
Experience with Promys PSA (CRM, Help Desk, PSA)
Experience with Power BI
Excellent knowledge of financial reporting software
Excellent professional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Self-disciplined, problem solver and high attention to detail.
Advanced excel skills and tech savvy.
Ability to work in a fast paced, performance-based environment.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information.
