Job Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
- Evaluate the organisations funding and capital structure to work with the Managing Director to put appropriate finance in place to support sustainable growth.
- Provide strategic business support to the board / senior management team.
- Oversee the company's fiscal activity and manage all finances.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support effective decision-making.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business.
- Establish and maintain effective procedures and controls.
- Cash-flow forecasting and management.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:
- Must be a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Post qualification work exp in a role with proven experience in the management of finance function.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills.
- Strong communications, verbal & written skills.
- Demonstrate project management and leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
What's on Offer
This role will offer a competitive salary between £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits for the successful candidate.
