Job Description

The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate the organisations funding and capital structure to work with the Managing Director to put appropriate finance in place to support sustainable growth.
• Provide strategic business support to the board / senior management team.
• Oversee the company's fiscal activity and manage all finances.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support effective decision-making.
• Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the business.
• Establish and maintain effective procedures and controls.
• Cash-flow forecasting and management.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will likely have the following profile:

• Must be a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Post qualification work exp in a role with proven experience in the management of finance function.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Exceptional administration and organisational skills.
• Strong communications, verbal & written skills.
• Demonstrate project management and leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.

What's on Offer

This role will offer a competitive salary between £45,000-£55,000 plus benefits for the successful candidate.
