Job description
One Property Recruitment are searching for an experienced Service Charge Accountant with ideally up to 3 years’ experience for a position based near Putney. My client is leading London based managing agent, who oversee an impressive prime company-wide portfolio of clients across the capital. This is an excellent position for someone looking to progress within a growing mid-sized business where you will be empowered to excel and will be working with a key selection of long-standing clients within the business, with relationships you will be nurturing as your own. Your core duties will include:-
- Working closely with the property management team to produce and review budgets with accuracy
- Preparing year-end accounts
- Reconciling accounts; providing analysis and producing relevant expenditure/income reports
- Raising service charge demands
- Setting up new properties on the company system
- Complying with annual audit requests
- Production of reports as requested
- Liaising with stakeholders and responding to requests as needed
This position would suit someone who enjoys working within an open yet focused office environment 3 days a week, giving you the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

I am looking for the following skillset/experience:-
- 3+ years’ experience within service charge accounting
- Highly organised and confident communicator verbally and written
- Proactive in approach
