Job description
Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Accountant to be a key player in our accountancy practice environment, (flexible and part time options exist) to join our busy team.
The role is flexible and candidates are invited to apply as a Accountant , Senior or Semi Senior or General Bookkeeper / Payroll as appropriate as the role will be formulated around the candidate that will best fit into the team
There will be an emphasis on strong focus on customer relations and completion of the full accounting process to strict deadlines. Demonstrable experience of working in an accounting environment in particular Practice and preparation / submission of statutory accounts and tax returns (self assessment and corporation tax) from source records including VAT returns is desirable. Candidates with detailed knowledge of the tax system with understanding of tax planning will be ahead in our selection
Also candidates are invited for part time or from a payroll background too as the role will be formulated around the right candidate.
Remuneration is dependent on experience and level of responsibility in terms of experience and management / supervision of junior staff
