Salary: £51,551.00 to £64,445.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience) + Market Rate Allowance of 8.53%
A car allowance at the rate of £375 per month will be paid.
This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.
Hours of Work: 35 per week, Monday to Friday (2 days office based and 3 at home – flexibility required)
The Role
We are looking for a Financial Accounting Manager to join our team within Link Group’s Finance Department. The post holder will play a strategic role in the management, development and delivery of services across the group which includes the co-ordination of financial reporting, consolidation of all group entities, oversight of tax reporting and submissions and fixed asset reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Accounts Payable & Receivable, Shared Equity and Rent processing teams provide a high quality, customer focused service. In addition, the Financial Accounting Manager will ensure that all activities undertaken by the team not only meet legislation, corporate governance and best practice standards but also needs of the business.

About You
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, you will be a fully qualified accountant with a recognised body. Experience and knowledge of statutory consolidated financial accounting and external audit is required for this role.
You will have proven experience in a financial and management accounting role as well as experience of leading and managing teams within a Finance setting in a multi-site environment, with a strong customer focus. The role requires experience of leading and implementing change projects and effective working processes and strategies organisation wide.
