COMPANY BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
KT Partners LLP is a firm of Chartered Professional Accountants with a team of about 40+ creative professionals devoted to providing proven solutions to our clients in the areas of taxation, accounting and reporting and estate planning.
We are currently seeking a full-time permanent position for a seasoned Staff Accountant our Leaside/Vaughan Locations. As a staff professional he/she must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi-task, and have superior written and oral communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with Notice to reader, Audit and Review.
- Perform Notice to Reader engagements for clients in a variety of private businesses.
- Prepare corporate, and personal income tax returns.
- Handle multiple engagements efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with firm Managers and clients in all accounting and tax matters.
- Effective communication with our clients, and government agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA designation in progress
- 0-2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm preferred.
- Technical experience and proficiency with accounting and tax software (i.e., CaseWare, Tax prep) preferred.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
