ACCOUNTS CLERK
STOKE ON TRENT AREA
PERMANENT - FULL TIME
£26K PLUS £500 BONUS
THE ROLE
· Providing holiday cover for Sales & Purchase Ledgers and lunch/holiday cover for reception
· Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
· Monthly reconciliation of Barclaycard statements/receipts and entry onto Sage
· Monthly and quarterly Sales Rebates Figures
· Daily entry of miscellaneous payments and bank transfers
· Weekly uploads and payments entry and weekly update of Ebay
· Daily update of Sales Commission Sheet and monthly reconciliation
· Monthly Credit note checks and account reconciliation
· Checking/monitoring Klarna and PayPal accounts
· Assist with Logistics Sage entries (sales, purchasing, bank)
· Supporting Group company accounting as required
· Creating and providing financial reports as required
· Filing of all invoices and related statements / documents
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Strong IT/excel skills with the ability to reconcile accounts
· Financial administration and Sage Accounting experience
· Excellent, positive interpersonal and communication skills at all levels to deliver exceptional service levels
· Reliable, organised and disciplined with ability to work confidently under pressure and manage own deadlines
· Ability to work as part of a small dedicated team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
