Looking for a part-time Accounting Assistant for our Woodridge, IL office. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Department with data entry, preparing reports and AR/AP.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Accounting Department with various tasks such as data entry and AR/AP.
- Operating out of online platforms for timesheets, expense reports, travel and AP functions.
- Maintaining filing/ data systems, ensuring all information is completed and accurate.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Associates preferred but not required.
- 3-5 years' experience.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, creating v-look ups and pivot tables.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks and Paycor a plus!
