Job description
As the Company Accountant you will be responsible for a number of satellite companies, supporting Group Treasury and activities to support the Shared Service Finance Team.
The Finance Team at Stourport support all companies sites along with the head office reporting, so essential duties and responsibilities can be transferred between sites.
This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the recharge process, alongside the Tax department.
- Maintenance of the sales and purchase ledger.
- Invoice creation and month upload of IFS.
- Uploading intercompany data at the month end; identifying and resolving mismatches with other entities.
- Creation of the annual intercompany P&L budget, alongside the Tax department.
- Liaise with internal and external audit of intercompany items.
- Ownership and monthly reporting for a number of Group satellite companies.
- Completion of month end journals working alongside the Reporting Finance Manager.
- Inputting treasury payments into the bank
- HMRC reporting including annual P11D's and PSA
- Occasional holiday cover for Financial Controller
Essential experience
- Experience in an accounting background
