Here is what to expect in your daily life if you join us:

Participate in the complete management of the accounting cycle;
Perform invoicing on various projects;
Management of deposits and collections;
Receiving emails and questions regarding accounting and responding to them as appropriate;
Support during payroll processing (bi-weekly);
Participate in the verification of time sheets and employee expense accounts;
Collaborate on grant applications;
All other related tasks.

You are the person we are looking for if:

You have relevant training in accounting or you are currently studying in the field of administration and / or accounting;
You have relevant experience in a similar position (an asset);
You know the SAGE 50 software (an asset);
You are recognized for your autonomy and your resourcefulness.
