Job Description:

General office duties and aid accounting department with;

• Help keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills
• Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents
• Help with order entry

Offered:

• Full time, permanent position at 40 hours per week, 8 hour days.
• Preferred hours: 7:30am-3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent and English and French.
• The applicant must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking and prioritizing abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
