We have a great full-time opportunity for an Accounting Assistant to join our High Volume dealership group Accounting Department.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Wage: $18 per hour (negotiable based upon experience)
Responsibilities
- Reporting finance products sold
- Balancing statements and remitting payments
- Calculating and issuing refunds
- Updating customer warranty information in ERP system
- Assist with processing reserve statements
- Back up for other administrative office functions
- Filing documents
- Other minor miscellaneous tasks
The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:
- Office/Administrative experience, including accounts payable or other accounting experience, is helpful but not required
- Exposure to accounting software and Microsoft products (specifically Excel) is desired
- A critical thinker and effective time manager.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Positive customer service attitude
