Position: Accounting Associate
NOTE: We are looking to fill this position immediately and start as soon as possible
This position is an exciting role at the company responsible for day to day accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assisting with company accounting tasks . This position offer tremendous opportunities. Come be a part of a industry leading, innovative, and fast paced team.

Description:
- Assist with day to day accounting
- Managing transactions and spreadsheets – sales, tracking of shipments, returns, etc.
- Preparation and reconciliation of orders, invoices, credits, returns, shipments, payable, and receivables
- Assist with payable and receivables, ensuring payments are received and paid timely
- Communicating with customers on receivables and chargebacks
- Processing daily company transactions
- Assist with day to day company tasks
Desired skills / Experience:
- Fast and advanced with mathematics
- Background and experience in accounting and accounts receivable
- Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, and advance features
- Experience with Office 365 - Microsoft Teams, Excel, Sharepoint
- Technologically savvy and fast with PC computers
- Experience accurately managing, processing, and tracking of payments, invoices, and shipments
- Experience / knowledge of retail, online retail, wholesale
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Accounting education and experience of 5 years +
- Interest or passion for baby, kids, toy products
- Very fast with Excel functions and formulas
- Fast with mathematics.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Problem solver. Able to think outside of the box to create solutions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,925.00 - $5,110.00 per month
