Accounting Department Assistant needed for a busy commercial plumbing company in Columbia.
Full-time, entry-level position.
Duties/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
-electronic accounts payable & receivable invoice filing
-preparing routing billing for payment
-maintaining outstanding invoice status reports
-misc. general office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
-excellent verbal and written communication skills
-strong attention to detail and accuracy
-ability to work under pressure, handle and prioritize multiple tasks in order to meet all deadlines
-ability to work independently on assigned duties
-ability to follow-up with customers, vendors and employees in a professional way to ensure processes are completed timely and accurately

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
