Are you a hardworking, passionate Qualified Accountant who's looking for your next challenge?
ASA Recruitment are working with a public sector services team in Argyl and Bute to find an experienced Qualified Accountant who will be comfortable working both in a team and alone with minimal supervision, this role would suit candidates from all over Scotland as this is a remote working opportunity
The Role
Focusing on the delivery financial projects across a range of departments you'll need to focus on the execution of month end, interim and year end close
Looking to constantly develop and improve whilst working to the strict compliance requirements of the public sector
Working as part of a diverse team of individuals you'll assist in creating financial projections and presentations for key stake holders
Trusted to work autonomously when required to analyse and process integral data and returns
Successful candidates will need
Experience in any facet of accounting or corporate finance
To be competent in financial analysis with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
ACCA, ACA AND CIMA qualified
Experience of working as a Qualified Accountant within the public sector isn't a necessity but would be an advantage for any applicant
