Roles and Responsibilities
· Verify Proof of Deliveries for various clients and bill based on client contracts.
· Send invoices to customers within weekly deadlines.
· Create payable invoices to pay all AMJ Campbell third parties for services provided.
· Process driver pay based on driver contracts.
· Create driver invoices and statements for AMJ Campbell Home Delivery division.
· Address Home Delivery driver inquiries regarding statements if required.
· Assist in billing and commission of other contracts when required.
· Additional tasks as assigned including office administration to senior accounting staff
Qualifications
· Previous experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time
· Dedicated and highly self-motivated with initiative and a 100% positive attitude at all times
· Possesses integrity, exceptional teamwork skills and reliable
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening skills
· Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
