Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 p/a, dependant on experience
Working hours: The position is full-time and permanent. Office hours.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an outstanding customer experience and building trusted working relationships
- Responding to queries from customers in an efficient, timely and supportive manner in relation to their accounts
- Providing tax and accounting support to clients
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Liaising with HMRC regarding business matters and personal tax.
- Preparing and providing assistance with Self-Assessment Tax returns.
- Working alongside the team to support adhoc account requests
- Undertake ad-hoc financial administration support
- Sharing best practice to the team, proactively working with clients to provide top-level support
- AAT Level 4 qualified is advantageous
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
- Prior experience in accountancy role
- Strong Excel experience
- Prior experience in Tax
- Previous use of accountancy software
- Professional and engaging phone-manner
- Prior experience of working to KPIs and targets
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
