Job title: Junior Accounts Assistant
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
Hard working & focused, high attention to detail, punctual and organised. Thinks logically and uses their initiative, with the ability to multitask.
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and other financial records to maintain precision.
Process supplier invoices promptly, ensuring approvals are managed and followed up with the designated approver.
Process supplier payments and ensure the allocations of supplier payments are completed on a daily basis.
Clear supplier account queries quickly and efficiently.
Handle staff expense claims efficiently on a monthly basis.
Recording of customer receipts.
Assisting with customer copy invoice/credit note requests
Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers.
Manage the accounts email inbox and postal correspondence.
Any other ad-hoc duty as required.
Full training will be given to the right candidate.
The following Skills Required:
Math's GCSE Grade B or above
English GCSE Grade B or above
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
