Job description
Daily duties:
- Entering invoices with purchase orders onto system
- Credit Control duties
- Sending monthly statements to all customers, following up with correspondence
- Building relationships with customers
- Reconciling credit card statement, printing receipts and uploading to Sage
- Checking PODs for supplier payment
- Raising sales invoices and statements as requested
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Expenses
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant, looking for a role where you can be involved in all day to day finance duties. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to manage your own workload. Experience working on Sage 50 Accounts would be a distinct advantage.
