Accounts Assistant
Well established and successful Accountancy Practice in Bridport is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your accountancy career, working in a varied role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to take on a new challenge and work with a diverse portfolio. This role is open to candidates who have worked previously in an Accountancy Practice. Your responsibilities and salary will be built around your experience and study levels.
Position Overview: -
- Accounts production
- Bookkeeping
- Vat returns
- Working closely with managers
- Liaising with clients
Also depending on experience and if necessary with training potentially some of these tasks: -
- Personal Tax calculations
- Corporation Tax calculations
- Payroll
- Undertaking Audit work
Requirements: -
- Experience within an Accountancy Practice is essential
- Experience with Accounting Software Packages
You will be meeting with our clients and helping to develop client relationships. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills necessary to build professional relationships with a wide range of clients.
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5:00 pm (Part-time option available).
Salary dependent on experience.
