Job Description
Senior Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
- To support the Finance Team in Master Data improvements for both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Purchasing Invoice Scanning and Indexing to ensure all invoices filed electronically
- Gather support for Asset Finance claims, evidence of invoicing and payment is required
- Contact customers to transfer their payments to new HSBC accounts following change of bank accounts
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Year End audit preparations
- Support in establishing a full set of procedures for the key processes.

The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
- Experience working within a similar role - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Knowledge of ERP systems - Desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
- Ability to work well alone or as part of a team - Required
