Role: Part Time Accounts Administrator
Salary: £11 per hour + Weekly Pay
Location: West Malling
Hours: 9:30am until 4:30pm
Type: Temporary
My client, a construction company based in West Malling, is currently recruiting for a Temporary Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their team on an ongoing basis.
- Input and payment of supplier invoices
- Ensure all invoices are authorised and allocated to the correct department
- Scanning of all invoices into the system
- Liaising with other departments and suppliers regarding invoices and queries
- General administration and data entry duties
- Previous experience within an Administration or Data Entry position.
- Good IT Skills including MS Office experience
- Methodical and articulate
