Permanent Office Based role.

Working Monday to Friday 40hrs

Hawk 3 Talent solutions are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant to join a highly successful company based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.

The Role

Working in a team of 4, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant and this role will support and assist the delivery of a professional on-site finance and accounts service to the business.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate who wishes to progress in their career, assisting with more management accounting duties as the business grows.

Duties

• Purchase Ledger postings and Sales Ledger reconciliations
• Credit control
• Multi-currency banking, cash posting
• Accounts reconciliation
• Assisting with annual audits
• General Admin duties

Skills/Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Be organised
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
