The role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for Accounts Payable function, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and paid on time. Duties also to include supporting the Accounts Receivable function as necessary.
This role would suit someone with 1-2 years experience in a similar role, who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-growing and collaborative business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and expense claims onto NetSuite
- Administration of staff expenses in SAP Concur
- Performing reconciliations of Supplier accounts
- Setting up and maintaining Supplier records on the system
- Processing weekly payment runs and allocating payments to Supplier and Customer Accounts
- Daily monitoring and maintenance of the Accounts Payable mailbox and Jira ticketing system
- Assisting with Sales Ledger transactions (Preparation of customer invoices, recording cash receipts and updating relevant schedules)
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Helping to drive improvements in our processes including implementation of new systems where necessary
- Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Finance team to aid the business as it continues to scale
To be successful you will require the following:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and work to deadlines

Salary 30,000 + bonus
