We’re looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join our exciting, friendly and expanding Personal Injury team. The right candidate will have a strong commercial awareness, be passionate about legal services and be dedicated and excited to work for our firm.
ROLE:
To be an integral member of the Accounts Team dealing with a wide range of tasks as detailed below.
What We Are Looking For:
- Aptitude to proactively maintain and manage your own work load.
- Capability to plan and priorities your case load effectively, working to deadlines, timely and accurately whilst demonstrating decision-making skills and the talent to work in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills together with the confidence and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Candidates must be professional, with an excellent telephone manner and be confident in dealing with clients, as well as interacting with other members of the team successfully.
- The ability to work within a team and also under your own initiative.
- Enthusiastic, driven with the aspiration to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and competitive environment.

· Basic IT skills
· Ability to communicate effectively
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing incoming cheques
- Processing Client Payments and Disbursements Payments
- Clearing Client Balances
- Checking costs are correct with ledger
- Updating spreadsheets
- Dealing with emails from fee earners
- Closing/arching of case files
- Complying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
