The Role:

Based At: 70 Boston Road, Beaumont Leys Leicester LE4 1AW

The successful candidate will be working within the customer care team to deliver an excellent customer experience to our existing and potential customer base. Their Daily responsibilities will be:

  • Working within the customer care team to deliver an excellent customer experience to our existing and potential customer base
  • Work to key KPIs & targets which focus specifically on communicating out to our customers.
  • Take service bookings, correspond with contracts, service co-ordinators and respond to queries and enquiries
  • Develop and sustain relationships with internal and external customers
  • Create customer orders on the in-house system in line with SOP & KPI’s
  • Actively support any opportunities to cross and upsell services & products across our existing customer base
  • Monitoring of systems pertaining to good practice and compliance.
  • Ensuring that all calls/queries/requests are responded to in a professional and helpful manner, within the required time frame.

Ideal candidate:

  • 3 GCSE’s Grade C or above or equivalent to include Maths and English
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office packages, e-mail)
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and efficiently and to keep to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing, on a 1:1 basis and by phone with a range of people including management and customers.
  • Ability to take responsibility, prioritise and build relationships
  • Candidate must be pressure resilient, strategic, a team player, influential, tactful, and diplomatic
  • Must maintain a flexible approach to the role and responsibilities of the post
  • Previous experience working on phones or with customers is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
