What you'll do
The Sales team has a wide range of responsibilities to support the business by managing relationships with our partners, driving new business opportunities, and providing support to advisors and clients that are interested in the Flagstone platform. The Accounts Relationships Manager role is responsible for the forming, nurturing, and developing some of our key accounts. You will spend your time liaising with stakeholders to provide solutions and imbed our brand, meet with advisor groups to support the understanding of our proposition, and build trusted partnerships with advisors. You will also be sourcing new conversations with potential accounts and move these through to the onboarding stage. Your activity will contribute directly to the company's growth by cementing our connections with key stakeholders, improving brand awareness, and supporting the generation of referrals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating and engaging with key stakeholders at current accounts
- Creating and completing demonstrations of our proposition to audiences at regional level within accounts
- Source potential new accounts an create opportunity for contact
- Increase brand awareness within accounts and support the delivery of increase referrals
- Work in conjunction with the business development team to provide solutions to account queries
- Work in conjunction with squads to execute initiative to drive growth
What you'll need
- 3+ Years' experience in an account relationship role
- Experience of communicating and presenting effectively to third party accounts
- A dynamic, motivated, and relentless approach to your workload
- Results and client experience focussed mindset
- Knowledge and understanding of delivering high quality KPI's
