About the Job:
Consumer Additions are partnering with a London Based, Premium Wine Merchant, who are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Administrator to ensure all incoming payments are reconciled and posted correctly. This is on a 9 Month Contract with the potential to extend beyond that.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and posting of daily bank statements for Sterling, Euro, and USD accounts.
- Accepting payments via various payment methods, such as credit cards.
- Preparing reports and journals near the end of the month.
- Reconciliation of online payments daily.
- Responding to daily external and internal inquiries.
- Account payment transfers.
- Appropriately allocating cash to invoices.
- Weekly e-Shot communications to customers with past-due debt.
- Weekly Robot Charging - recovering past-due debt from customers who have given us a CPA.
- Handling monthly direct debit charges for Cellar Plan subscribers.
- Handling monthly credit card charges for cellar plan subscribers.
- Other duties as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an accounts collection environment.
- Ability to follow processes, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to follow up on queries.
- A track record of going above and beyond to provide exceptional service levels to customers or stakeholders.
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- SAP Hybris E-commerce experience
- Work experience with High Net Worth / Private Clients
