- Minimum 15 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance \n
- Very Good Stakeholder management skills both internal and Excellent \n
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration skills \n
- Capable of Identifying the prospective growth and transformation areas \n
- Good hands on experience in Test planning and Strategy for Large/Medium projects & Programs \n
- Must have experience in Test Scenario, Story building and guiding the team in writing the Test Cases \n
- Should be able to run effective review sessions with the team and work collaboratively on a daily basis \n
- Good expertise in testing tools like Jira, ALM etc. \n
- Identify and optimize testing to improve turn around time \n
- Good Insurance domain knowledge \n
- Capable of managing the Functional , Automation and Non Functional Testing (Accessibility , Performance , Security testing ) \n
- Experience in working on different delivery models particularly Agile / Scrum model \n
- ISTQB or equivalent certified. \n
