Job responsibilities:



  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Enter purchase invoices and review these on our internal system
  • Reviewing open POs at month end with relevant parties and keep the Open PO
list clean by closing any PO's not in use or with balances left over that will not
be used.
  • Chasing up and insure we have VAT invoices for Proforma invoices
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparing and loading payment runs for all countries including charity payments
into Citibank for secondary approval
  • Copying purchase invoices for intercompany charges
  • Intercompany recharge invoices
  • Assisting with VAT Returns
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Skills/Experience required:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management/ Relationship Management role
2. Proven ability to build and grow client relationships
3. Experience in growing revenue with clients as well as cross and upsells
4. Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
