- JOB TITLE: Account Onboarding Advisor
- SALARY: c£25,707
- LOCATION(S): Douglas, Isle of Man.
- HOURS: 30 Hours per week.
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
As an Account Onboarding Advisor, you'll be providing a high level of service to customers looking to open up an account with Lloyds Bank International. Your proactive approach will establish customer needs whilst striving to process applications and answer queries at first touch.

- You’ll need to be organised and manage your time effectively to ensure a balanced approach, supporting delivery of business area objectives.
- You need to be honest, conscientious, and genuine, caring about helping customers.
- You’ll be Enthusiastic with the desire to deliver great service and be a team player that can work closely with colleagues.
- An ability to quickly build relationships; to understand and meet your customer’s needs through our diverse range of services.
And any experience of these would be really useful.
- Banking or business experience where you've dealt with customers previously.
- Customer Service & Quality are key.
