Job Description
Office Administrator
To successfully support all the office functions for Ventilation Hygiene Consulting.
Must have
Good computer skills – word, excel & some power point experience
Communication skills – good use of telephone able to communicate effectively with engineers, suppliers & clients alike
Must be organised – ensures things are done in a timely manner
Good time keeper – organises themselves in an effective way ensures all tasks are complete
Proactive – sees what’s required & does it
Key tasks
General administration experienced in the use of word software
- Check that all work notes are correct
- Follow up with client's post clean to ensure standards are met
- Produce & check post service reports & photos
- Deal effectively with any problems that may arise, communicate quickly, effectively seek solutions.
Annual renewal of subscriptions
- Ensure all subscriptions & insurances are up to date for VHC & subcontractors
ACT client data base
- Training will be provided & will be sourced as required to enable you to use this software
- All client details, address, telephone, email etc must be input & new contacts set up as required
- All communication regarding client/site/work etc must be documented on ACT
- All relevant paper work – quotes/work notes/RAMs etc must be attached in history
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £19,757.00-£20,852.00 per year
