MARKETING
ACCOUNT MARKETING MANAGER (SPORTS)

YOUR MISSION
- Be the marketing point person for all account relationships and matters
- Build seasonal Go-To-Market plans and campaigns to support product sell-in & sell-out
- Work with sales and merchandising teams to develop and execute strategic account growth plans
- Manage production of all marketing assets required to deliver agreed campaigns
- Manage account support programs including visual merchandising, staff engagement and training
- Localise Global strategies to ensure relevance for account specific consumer profiles
- Work with the brand marketing teams to create brand and product heat driving opportunities
- Integrate with the wider team including Sports marketing, Retail Marketing, Sportstyle & Golf to maximise account opportunities
- Build relationships with key European colleagues to align on campaigns and strategies
- Think digitally first. Deliver best-in-class digitally lead campaigns and strategies, keeping yourself informed about digital trends and being the go-to for digital retail marketing
- Set measurements, evaluation and analysis of all marketing activity, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning
- Coordinate market research and competitor analysis and make appropriate recommendations for campaign developments
- Champion accounts both internally and externally to drive the agenda and get the best for the account
- Manage campaign budgets and analysis to demonstrate ROI
YOUR TALENT
- Proven marketing experience and a proven track record delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns, including retail and digital marketing
- Knowledge of and a passion for sports, particularly football and running
- Understand the retail landscape
- Excellent relationship management and proven track record of account management
- Strategic thinker and commercially minded
- Excellent planning and organisation, able to juggle multiple projects and effectively prioritise
- Strong communicator, both written & verbal with the ability to influence
- Consumer obsessed and culturally considered
- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels
- Experience in project & budget management
