YOUR MISSION

Be the marketing point person for all account relationships and matters
Build seasonal Go-To-Market plans and campaigns to support product sell-in & sell-out
Work with sales and merchandising teams to develop and execute strategic account growth plans
Manage production of all marketing assets required to deliver agreed campaigns
Manage account support programs including visual merchandising, staff engagement and training
Localise Global strategies to ensure relevance for account specific consumer profiles
Work with the brand marketing teams to create brand and product heat driving opportunities
Integrate with the wider team including Sports marketing, Retail Marketing, Sportstyle & Golf to maximise account opportunities
Build relationships with key European colleagues to align on campaigns and strategies
Think digitally first. Deliver best-in-class digitally lead campaigns and strategies, keeping yourself informed about digital trends and being the go-to for digital retail marketing
Set measurements, evaluation and analysis of all marketing activity, identifying key learnings and best practice for future planning
Coordinate market research and competitor analysis and make appropriate recommendations for campaign developments
Champion accounts both internally and externally to drive the agenda and get the best for the account
Manage campaign budgets and analysis to demonstrate ROI

YOUR TALENT

Proven marketing experience and a proven track record delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns, including retail and digital marketing
Knowledge of and a passion for sports, particularly football and running
Understand the retail landscape
Excellent relationship management and proven track record of account management
Strategic thinker and commercially minded
Excellent planning and organisation, able to juggle multiple projects and effectively prioritise
Strong communicator, both written & verbal with the ability to influence
Consumer obsessed and culturally considered
Knowledge and experience of social media and digital channels
Experience in project & budget management
