The Role
The Style Division are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and hard-working Account Manager to join the biggest commercial department within Condé Nast Britain,.
This role presents the opportunity for an individual to be part of the Style division which encompasses the Fashion, Beauty, Watches and Jewellery verticals.
Applicants require significant experience in commercial sales as they will be responsible for their own client allocation, and will be selling display advertising and bespoke content across our print, digital, and social channels for the full CN Britain portfolio of brands, as well as having involvement in some of our most high profile brand events. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and negotiator and should ideally have a proven track record of working directly with both clients and media agencies.
In addition to their media sales experience, we expect applicants to have an excellent knowledge of the publishing landscape and a sound understanding of all Condé Nast brands. We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running and is keen to embrace the many facets of this role - whether it be in building and developing relationships with existing commercial partners; approaching new business prospects to sell proactively; liaising with the relevant editorial team members to keep track of coverage; or developing a strategy to ensure continued growth across display and partnerships.

The Team
Directly reporting into the Lead Commercial Director, Luxury, with a line to CBO of Style, you will be part of a fast paced, busy team, working across all commercial elements within the Condé Nast portfolio
Who are you?
  • You will have an integral understanding of and experience in advertising sales - to include digital (web, social and video) and print media
  • An established network of media contacts ideally within the watch and jewellery sectors
  • A passion for Condé Nast brands and an interest in the wider luxury market.
  • A lateral and creative thinker, with passion for delivering bespoke concepts to meet a client’s needs
  • Highly numerate, with close attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal communication and organisation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proactive, agile attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise assignments and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work efficiently in an extremely busy environment
What will you be doing?
  • Managing business relationships within a key client category and media agencies level - both in the UK and internationally.
  • Seeking out and converting new business opportunities with a view to increasing revenue
  • Selling display advertising and partnerships across print, online, social and events – with extensive experience of each platform.
  • Representing Condé Nast at industry events
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Where will you be?
  • We encourage hybrid working but when you are in the office, this role will initially be based in our iconic Vogue House building, situated in the heart of Mayfair and then later at the Adelphi building, close to The Strand.
