About the Opportunity
Oracle Advertising and Sell-side Client Team is seeking an Account Manager with a strong background supporting SaaS and measurement solutions, who will work with leading publishers and platforms.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track of record of growing and preserving client relationships, with a value-based selling approach. The Account Manager be responsible for retaining and growing existing partnerships, as well as, identifying new revenue opportunities through adoption of Oracle Advertising measurement solutions. Responsibilities will include renewals and expansion support, client onboarding, providing product advice and expertise, and acting as the single point of contact for clients. You will be their champion internally to ensure top-notch customer service. In addition, you will be expected to:
- Deliver strong retention performance and adoption of software – meet / exceed key performance indicators monthly
- Demonstrate a track record of developing and managing complex client partnerships through the entire customer lifecycle.
- Exhibit strong digital industry knowledge, and eagerness to share internally to benefit the business.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with publisher/platform partners and their key decision makers.
- Facilitate strategic account plans for all assigned partners to exceed assigned business goals.
- Work with partners to identify opportunities to meet business needs and grow partnership.
- Monitor partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements.
- Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve challenges.
- Serve as the point of contact for client discussions by email, phone, and in person.
- Completely own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
- Possess strong analytical and client communication skills.
- Collaborate with Oracle Advertising and Marketing sales, engineering, and operations teams to create a positive client experience.
- Own internal projects (assigned and/or self-identified) and resources
Required Skills and Experience
- BS or BA Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of account management or client services experience in digital advertising or advertising technology.
- Background experience with ad serving platforms, ad servers, data and audience management platforms.
- Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Positive outlook, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and strong internal drive.

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As an Acccount Manager you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product's strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
