- Job Title: Account Manager
- Salary: £20-£25k basic + uncapped commission
- Location: Southampton City Centre, SO17 (office based)
- Hours: Full time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week)
We are growing our sales team and are looking for individuals with experience in telesales and account management who are looking for a new challenge.
Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients, so we need someone who has the confidence and skills to relate to our clients' advertising/promotional needs. We sell advertising to help our customers – yacht brokers and other marine professionals – sell their boats, products, and services.

Essential skills & experience
- At least one year of sales experience with a proven track record
- Have a great telephone manner and ability to generate sales over the phone
- The ability to thrive from working in a target-driven sales role
- Be able to generate new business from cold calling to meet targets
- Be able to grow relationships with existing clients
- Be self-motivated with drive and a thorough, disciplined approach to sales
- Be flexible and resilient when challenged with objections
- Enjoy working in a team environment
Desirable skills & experience (not essential)
- Knowledge of the marine industry
- European language skills
- Experience selling online advertising
