The Role :
We are recruiting for an Account Manager for our MRO’s off base sites, you will be the focal point of contact between our Customers and Central Supply Chain. Working with our Customer to resolve material issues. You will need to be able to maintain service level obligations and facilitate any exceptional items to resolution. You will work with planning /materials to enable the customer areas deliver their plans. You will also work with our Logistics/Global and our warehouse areas so that materials arrive/dispatched in a timely manner. Manage the customer relationship to ensure that the processes across the materials team and that of the Customer Support are robust and cost effective.
