We're looking for a self-motivated, results driven individual to join our UK commercial team. This account manager will be working with our recon customers, working with them to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

The ability to take strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver for our patients! In turn, we expect such strategic relationships to improve sales revenue across the geography this will likely impact on existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.
Essential Job Functions
- Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in year sales revenue targets
- Strong focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts
- Continuously stay up-to-date with all NHS developments. Assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market
- Build and present Business plans 3 times annually, aligned to the UKI strategy, that clearly identify where and how you will win new opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, business management or equivalent qualification
- Background in Sales required
- Desirable experience of Value & Portfolio selling in a Hospital/Theatre setting – specifically more senior Clinical & Non-Clinical HCPs that are key decision makers/influences within the sales process
- Desirable experience interacting with C-Suite customers
