Account Manager - fluent Italian speaker required with gaming background
Role summary
We are looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Account Manager to join our team.
The role will initially be remote, but will be based in Malta once we have an office.
You must be a fluent Italian speaker for this role.

You will have day to day responsibility for:
- Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and be the interface between the customer accounts and the company
- Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals and objectives
- Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives maximising long/short term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship, and facilitate the optimization of customer accounts operations around the company’s gaming solutions offerings
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions in line with customer needs and objectives
- Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant
- Building and maintaining genuine, strong long lasting customer relationships on all levels
- Participating in, and where appropriate taking active part in major exhibitions, conferences, and seminars on behalf of 3 Oaks Gaming
You will work closely with:
Our account managers both on and off Island, and our Head of Account Management, who will also line manage this role.
About you - you will have:
Native Fluency or Business Fluency in Italian
Experience of working in the iGaming industry
2+ years of proven experience in Account Management or others as relevant for the role
Experience of working with/organising promotions
Experience of campaign management, to include monthly reporting on campaign success
Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization
Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs
Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details
Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking

Our games are currently certified in Bulgaria, Columbia, Georgia, Isle of Man, Italy, Romania and Sweden, and we have plans to extend these certifications in South Africa.
