About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join us. This a great opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a highly creative, global agency environment. You will become involved in agency-wide internal initiatives as well as collaborations with other ethical marketing disciplines in the broader agency network.
You'll report to the Account Director and will work across the agency, building good relationships with the Project Management, Strategy and Creative teams.
As an Account Manager you will build strong client relationships through delivery of a variety of projects and campaigns. You will lead some projects independently whilst driving and supporting other team members to deliver projects in parallel. You'll collaborate across the business, ensuring relevant strategic, creative and production resource is scheduled and utilised effectively.
What You'll Need
We would like to hear from curious individuals who are fascinated by communications and are not afraid to put their ideas forward and enjoy working in courageous and collaborative teams.
- It's quite important to the role that you have experience working within healthcare advertising / medical communications and moreover, you're passionate about it
- Detail orientated with great organisational skills, you address challenges and help clients overcome them
- You're an active listener, a storyteller, someone who values others opinions and can build rapport
- You can remain calm when spinning a few plates and you're not afraid to ask for help - we're a team and we're here for each other
- You have good knowledge of global communications for prescription medicines at all stages of the product lifecycle,
- You have experience of implementing disease awareness campaigns, brand initiatives and utilising social media.
