Our Account Management team manage projects and campaigns for Germany across multiple business verticals: Entertainment, Sports, Cinema, Sky TV & WOW, and we’re now looking for star Account Managers to join our growing team, to work on projects across different business verticals on a permanent or freelance basis.
You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of a project, working closely with marketing, creative and production teams to meet the requirements of a brief and deliver projects end to end!
What you'll do:

Manage projects from brief to delivery. Partnering with teams within Sky Creative and Marketing, and ensuring progression across all stages, delivering on time and on budget

On relevant projects assist the Account Director/Senior Account Director to ensure progression at key stages and landmarks. Lead small campaigns with AD support

Work with the producer/PM to agree key project landmark dates for internal and marketing teams

Partner with production and marketing in delivery phase and be accountable for the successful delivery of campaign assets

Set up and coordinate marketing touchpoints & meetings, and follow up with contact reports to ensure all parties in marketing and within Sky Creative are clear of next steps

Liaise with production and creative teams to ensure all feedback is received and applied

Co-ordinate briefing meetings with marketing and inform relevant producer/project manager to arrange a kick-off with internal teams

Ensure timeline and budget are followed accurately and raise any discrepancies with producer & account director

Work closely with media partners and production to ensure all parties have the necessary information concerning deliverables for the campaign

Apply your integrated experience across to deliver campaigns across ATL, BTL & digital.

Look for ways of simplifying & adding clarity to everything we do. Proactively identify blockers and recommend solutions.

Partner with Marketing Managers & Leads throughout a project, influencing and enabling progression at each key stage
What you'll bring:

Fluent in German & English is mandatory!

Solid experience (3-5 years) from an integrated agency background
-
Strong project management skills, experienced at managing multiple projects with short and long lead times

Able to manage all deliverables typical of an integrated advertising and communications campaign, from ATL to Digital

Strong relationship building skills – trust, collaboration, knowledge, gets best out of people

Strong and effective communicator to partners at all levels

Resilience and experience - working within fast paced communications and marketing environments
