Account Manager – Fleet
Job summary:
As an Account Manager you will manage and develop the relationships with new and existing key Fleet accounts ensuring the highest level of customer experience. Creating and managing enquiries, you will convert these into sales by understanding what each potential customer needs and delivering more, including both passenger and light commercial vehicles where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Achieving your sales objective for new car units every month across all brands.- The professional presentation of finance and insurance products in accordance with FCA best practice to ensure that agreed objectives are achieved.
- Ensuring enhanced profitability through retained business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The accurate, efficient and effective management of all inbound enquiries.
- 100% pass rate of JCT600 and Brand tests, standards and audits.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience of the Fleet industry with proven experience and knowledge of multi brand fleet sales and procedures.- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a ‘winning’ mentality with a drive and determination to be the best.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent, high level communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong relationships.
- Ability to converse with others professionally, clearly and effectively.
