This role sits within the Seller Engagement and Community team at eBay UK. You will partner closely with our eBay clients, working cross-functionally with multiple departments, helping manage the coordination and execution of seller marketing and event campaigns for eBay customers.

DAY TO DAY

  • Working within the eBay UK Seller Engagement and Community campaign plans
  • Execution of campaigns managing internal eBay stakeholder relationships to meet briefing deadlines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is effectively targeted, delivered and evaluated
  • End to end campaign management of email, marketing contents, and onsite marketing campaigns from creative brief to execution
  • Working with the seller team to identify opportunities to optimise existing campaigns and new campaign ideas.
  • Support with organising meetings, actions and notes to keep the wider seller team and external agencies up to date
  • Brief and manage creative asset creation with the Dept production team
  • Support content managers with content created by events partners
  • Support with the events scorecard and measurement plan – coordinate data across agencies to wrap up events series

YOU:

  • Experience managing and leading the end-to-end execution of b2b event and marketing campaigns
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and be seen as a safe pair of hands
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to write detailed and succinct creative briefs for a range of campaigns
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, keeping relevant stakeholders informed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and agile way of working as marketing plans and priorities evolve
  • Organised, with an ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency
  • Highly motivated and personable individual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A great team player who is keen to get stuck in supporting multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
