About the Account Manager EMEA:

Located in the UK with travel throughout Europe, we're seeking an energetic and results-orientated individual to generate value across our buyer customer portfolio. You will own a portfolio of accounts with full responsibility for their results and relationships and collaborate closely with Key Account Directors to generate value in our largest accounts.

This role requires keen insights into customer needs, as well as exceptional coordination with various internal teams, to identify new growth opportunities and deliver value within C2FO's dynamic business model.

You'll be a part of a high-achieving team composed of former business consultants (Bain & Co., Strategy&) and bankers, where you will hone your analytical, persuasion and people skills. For those who excel in the role we offer a path to more senior positions such as Key Account Director or roles in other parts of the organisation (former team members have moved into senior Product, Technology and Sales roles).

Essential Duties:

  • Enthusiastic and quick to learn: The curiosity to understand how the business works and the ability to quickly learn new skills and ways of working.
  • Analytics: Ability to scope and conduct data analysis (in Excel) to identify opportunities and build business cases for our customers.
  • Finance: Understanding of key finance concepts and the ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or customer relationship management.
  • Initiative: Ability to independently identify and solve complex issues innovatively.
  • Track Record: Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales within the fintech sector.
  • Multitasking: Proficient in managing multiple strategic and tactical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business dynamics and value creation.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in additional languages.

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:

As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we not only value diversity and equality, but we also empower our team members to bring their authentic selves to work every day. Our goal is to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and our global, multicultural clients. We recognize the power of inclusion, emphasizing that each team member was chosen for their unique ability to contribute to the overall success of our mission.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
