Job Description

We’re currently looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Leadership Team (CLT) in the Go To Market Strategic Accounts - Banking Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong relationship management skills to broaden their career within a FTSE 50, market leading organisation.

As part of the CLT you’ll be managing a small portfolio of key clients from the Banking sector and providing a central point of contact for your clients and for your internal colleagues to support growing the client across Experian’s capabilities and ensure your clients can get great outcomes from all their interaction with our business. In particular, you’ll be working closely with our new business and capability specialist teams with responsibility for growing and retaining the client relationships, as well as achieving targets set by the business across a set of KPIs.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has strong commercial acumen and is able to lead our clients to growth through utilising Experian products and services. You’ll be able to build relationships both within and outside our business with a view to finding and winning opportunities. You’ll succeed in this role by demonstrating excellent relationship building skills with an ability to work to your own initiative and with multiple stakeholders. It’s important that you can formulate and execute on a plan to achieve a growth target.

Everyone has different experience, and so please don’t rule yourself out if you cannot ‘tick’ all of the qualities mentioned above. Talk to us about the experience that you do have.
