Salary: £35000 - £40000 (dependant on experience) per annum plus Veolia benefits
Location: Hybrid - Home / Cannock

The role will require you to account manage a portfolio of Packaging Compliance Scheme Member companies, handle all queries and ensure each business remains in Regulatory scope and promote the Packaging Scheme throughout the wider Veolia business to develop organic growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage account portfolio to ensure Scheme Members remain compliant
- Manage Scheme Members packaging data submissions
- Carry out regular Member monitoring to meet annual Scheme KPIs
- Ensure that customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with in a courteous, timely and professional manner
- Ensure customers are kept up to to date with changes in Legislation
- Exploring wider business opportunities with a view to enhancing the Veolia service
- Advising customers on sustainable Packaging management to help reduce carbon footprint
- Develop & maintain strong internal business relationships with various internal stakeholders with a focus on customer service & business growth
What we're looking for:
- Comprehensive understanding of Producer Responsibility legislation and Packaging Obligations
- Waste Management background and knowledge of environmental regulations
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management
- Highly numerate to analyse and assess Scheme Members Packaging data
- Attention to detail is critical
- Ability to manage own workloads and prioritisation of tasks
- Experience in delivering presentations in a professional manner
- Financial acumen/awareness
