Account Manager
Salary: Grade 7 (£36,333 - £43,155 p.a. depending upon experience)
This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with external clients and partners to ensure continued satisfaction for both parties and achievement of shared objectives. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship and associated activity including contract negotiations, account management, and action planning. You will work closely across a range of internal teams including Data Analytics, Engagement and Communications, Production and Creative to ensure that client needs are met, actions are delivered, and goals achieved.
