The Role:
Account Manager
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to work across a number of accounts.
- Reporting to the Account Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day contact with our Client’s.
- Co-ordinating all projects - ensuring they are delivered within timescales and on budget.
- You will need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be good at prioritising multiple projects and demands and dealing with a wide variety of responsibilities; from receiving Client requests to managing campaigns to being responsible for the finance on projects.
- As an Account Manager you should be able to demonstrate creative judgement and be able to input into the strategic process ensuring that the two work hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, trusting and respectful relationships with our Clients, agency team and agency partners.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administration of all core Client projects and budgets.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Client’s business and the sector in which they operate.
- To work closely with the AD and planning team in terms of strategy development and implementation.
- Deliver inspiring and accurate creative in collaboration with the creative team.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of the agency’s ambition and how they relate to your role.
- Contribute positively to our agency culture.
Essential skills and attributes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.
- Ideally have FS experience.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Exceptional eye for detail and meticulous proofreading skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, a team player, positively ambitious.
- Well versed and confident in customer engagement.
- Active interest in the world of customer engagement, marketing, business and the world at large.
- Confident at presenting creative alongside AD & CD.
- A good creative eye, and an ability to critique.
- Strong relationship builder at appropriate levels.
- Proven track recording in delighting and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
